Defendant shall be punished by KRW 5,000,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2011, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against D (40 years of age) and her mother E (67 years of age) by means of a computer at the home of the Defendant located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant made a false complaint against D (40 years of age) and her mother.

The purpose of the complaint is that "D, her mother, around 09:00 on August 29, 201, at the front of the Changwon-si, the Defendant’s house was in place, on the grounds that the Defendant installed a fence unlike the agreement, and the Defendant was in dispute with each other on the grounds that he installed a fence, it is difficult to say that "D.............." D is a defect in the Defendant’s double arms, and D was pushed the Defendant’s house on one occasion by selling the Defendant’s chest, while "D..............", D and E assaulted the Defendant jointly, thereby punishing D and E.....”

However, at around 09:00 on August 29, 201, the facts are as follows: (a) the Defendant took a bath to D on the road in front of the Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) pushed D with the Defendant’s chest and her chest; (c) carried the Defendant’s chest and her chest on two occasions with the Defendant’s boat; (d) carried the Defendant’s chest on one occasion with the Defendant’s hand; and (e) did not resist the Defendant’s assault, and (e) did not have carried the Defendant’s chest on one occasion with the Defendant’s finger; and (e) did not have carried the Defendant’s chest on one occasion with the Defendant’s finger.

Nevertheless, the Defendant filed a summary order against the Defendant on December 19, 201 due to the assault against D, assault against E, and insult. On December 26, 2011, on December 26, 2011, the Defendant submitted the above false complaint to the Msan-dong Police Station located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having D and E receive criminal punishment.

Summary of Evidence

Although the Defendant denies the instant criminal facts, according to the evidence examined below, he/she is guilty in all of the evidence.
