A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Suwon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

On September 2, 2019, at least 10:10 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 3rd-purd self-driving with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.080% from the water viewing parking lot in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si to the front road B, and operated a vehicle of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least twice.
