A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the fourth floor of D Bank Building D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the back side of the building, the Defendant filed a civil petition with the competent authority several times to control and remove the “F market” using street points; (c) on the basis of intimidation, the Defendant filed a civil petition against the victim G, a general manager of the “F market” to “I am aware of whether he/she will continue to remove the street road without his/her removal; and (d) filed a civil petition as if he/she could not open the “F market”, and received KRW 50,000 from the victims of drinking trees on August 21, 2013 to March 14, 2017; and (d) received KRW 308,000 from August 21, 2013 to KRW 308,000,000,000,000 from around March 21, 2013.
