Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of one and half years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CRaba and freight cars.

On December 3, 2015, the Defendant, around 06:55, proceeded with a 311-way high-priced private road from the 311-lane to the 3-lane tax office located from the 3-lane high-risk road.

The location was milched by the road, so that the road was cut off, so that the road should be driven at a speed of 20 km above the speed of 60 km per hour, which is the Domination of the flat restriction, 48 km per hour. Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence on December 3, 2015, caused the death of the victimized person at the Seocheon-si University of 170, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si due to the severe damage to the double symptoms.
