A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported that he did not pay a taxi fee in front of the innate funeral ceremony located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) on December 7, 2015, the Defendant: (c) sent a 112 notification that he did not pay a taxi fee in front of the innate funeral ceremony; and (d) asked the Defendant to pay the taxi fee, and (e) requested the Defendant to provide identification card in order to notify the Defendant of the violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; (c) caused the said D’s hand to put the portable device down on the floor by putting it down on his hand; and (d) caused the said D’s hand to fall down on the floor; and (e) caused the son’s back on his hand, the Defendant left the floor by putting it down on his hand; and (e) laid down the head with the back of the said D.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports.
