Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant exchanged with the victim B (14 years of age, inn) who came to know through smartphone hosting, and sought from the victim the words that “C” Meet was sent to the victim of the instant Mesenger’s name-free conversation, the Defendant sent the victim’s name-free conversation to the victim of the instant Mesenger’s name-free conversation at the school and on the Internet where the packer goes.
