[2013 Highest 493] On April 9, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim G, who was aware of the fact that he was in front of the F apartment in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, that “The Defendant would immediately be awarded a successful bid in the future of the punishment, where he was in the process of carrying out the work with only one selling apartment and going to work as an auction goods. Ultimately, the Defendant deceivings the above victim as above and deceivings it to the national bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, KRW 370,000,000 to the same account on the 11th day of the same month, KRW 440,000 to the same account on the 12th day of the same month, KRW 340,000 to the same account on the 13th day of the same month, KRW 270,000 to the same account on the 15th day of the same month, and KRW 220,000 to the same account on the 18th day of the same month.
