Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2016, around 10:45, the Defendants argued with the victims as a result of the following E in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Ethton Chapter 10:5, the victim G (n, 51 years old), the victim H (n, 46 years old), the victim I (n, 35 years old), the victim J(n, 5 years old), and the victim J(n, 56 years old) coming to the Defendant, which led the Defendant to the following: (a) the Defendant was forced to go against the victim A; (b) the Defendant her scam of the victim G at one time by hand; and (c) the Defendant her scam of the victim H, who took her hand, was tight at one time, and (d) the victim G scam.

B은 피해자 I가 휴대폰으로 촬영하려고 하자 피해자 I의 머리채를 잡은 후 발로 걷어차고, 피고인 A는 손으로 피해자 I의 머리채를 잡아 넘어뜨린 다음 발로 걷어차고 계속하여 피해자 J의 손을 잡아 꺾고 주먹으로 피해자 J의 머리 부위를 때리고, 피고인 B은 피해자 J가 피고인 B의 손을 쳐 휴대폰을 떨어뜨리게 되자 발로 피해자 J의 정강이 부위를 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim H, such as climatic salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and inflicted an injury on the victim I, such as climatic salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, on the part of the victim J, and assaulted the victim G.
