A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant reported the Defendant to the victim E (15 years of age) on the front of the DNA bowling site located in Gwangjin-gun, Namnam-gun, the victim E (15 years of age) at his/her hand floor once, and reported the victim E on the hand floor at one time, the victim F (15 years of age)’s back water and her son at one time with his/her hand floor, and two times the victim G (15 years of age)’s her her son with his/her hand floor at two times.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim E, such as salt f. and assaulted the victim F and the victim G, which require approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. On October 5, 2017, around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) reported the situation that the victims under paragraph (1) are in common with their friendships; and (b) took place to the said victims and their daily activities, “Is the desire to take place before the bowling.”

“In the hands floor, the victim F's scam is 5 times with the hand floor, the victim I (15 years old), the victim I (15 years old) scam with the hand floor twice, and walking the back part of the victim I (15 years old), two times with the hand floor, the victim J (18 years old) blick, two times with the hand floor, the victim K (14 years old)'s cam with the hand floor, 10 times with the hand floor, and walking three times with the head.

Accordingly, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim F, the victim I, the victim J, and the victim K, each of which requires two weeks medical treatment, and caused the victim N to give the right side of the treatment days, and assaulted the victim L and the victim M.
