Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2017, around 09:50, the Defendant, within the D Fire Station E-Emergency vehicle of the D Fire Station E-C Hospital located in Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and called the D Fire Station E-C (B) to cooperate with the police without any reason under the influence of alcohol, and assaulted the victim at the price of the victim’s fire brigade F (23 tax) as a fire brigade, which is the fire brigade belonging to the D Fire Station.

Accordingly, the defendant used violence to the fire fighters, thereby obstructing the emergency service activities of the fire fighters.

On the other hand, the defendant confessions and reflects the crime of this case, the defendant seems to have committed the crime of this case contingently at the time, and the defendant has no particular criminal history, and other circumstances revealed in the records and arguments of this case, such as the fact that there is no particular criminal history on the part of the defendant, shall be determined as per the order.
