A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

One (No. 1) on the seized mobile phone shall be confiscated.

The defendant shall be 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Medical Service Act is the assistant nurse of the D Hospital in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and E is the director of the emergency medical service as a doctor of the above hospital.

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.
