1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2. The evidence as specified in subparagraph 1 or 2 above shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 8 months of imprisonment and additional collection of 50,000 won to the Changwon District Court for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Detention Center on May 15, 201.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 2014, the Defendant: (a) was not a person handling narcotics; (b) on January 201, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs by dilution them into the Mescopty car parked on the front side of the Mescopic car, which was parked in the Mescopic road at Kimhae-si; (c) on January 2014, 2014, in a c

B. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, who was not a person handling narcotics, administered the vehicle in the Ebena Port that was parked on the front road at the Seocho-si Kim Jong-si, on February 2, 2014, by dilution approximately 0.03g of philopon into aquatic water and drinking it.

C. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant, even though not a person handling narcotics, was not a person handling narcotics, on February 15, 2014, administered 0.03g of philopon in drinking water, around 22:30 on February 15, 2014, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into drinking water.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) collected marijuana leaves that grow from the hemp field D from the Hanhae-si on November 2013, 2013, and possessed approximately 0.38g of the Defendant’s Ebena cruise-type leaves, which were low due to the suspension from the Ebena cruise-type car until February 16:20, 2014.

3. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) committed sexual intercourse on two occasions by giving the price of KRW 200,000 to C (the age of 15) at the motherel located in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and engaging in sexual intercourse over two occasions.

4. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the Ebeb-cricking Vehicle from around 60km to the Masan-si, Changwon-si, without a driver’s license, at around 15, 2014.
