1. The Defendant’s KRW 19,694,890 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 7, 2012 to August 19, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 22, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) visited the Defendant’s sexual surgery (hereinafter “instant hospital”); (b) obtained counseling from the Defendant on November 7, 2012, following the Defendant’s visit to the instant hospital; and (c) obtained a flexible extension and a fluid surgery (hereinafter “instant surgery”).
B. On November 12, 2012, after the instant surgery, the Plaintiff’s left-hand head of the Plaintiff’s left-hand head of the system began to have tamped on November 12, 2012. Although the Defendant provided treatment by administering an antibiotic, the tamp of the left-hand head of the system was conducted, and the removal of the left-hand left-hand head of November 31, 2012.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The fact that the Plaintiff’s left-hand body was collapsed after the instant surgery was conducted is as seen earlier.
