A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On October 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into theme at the C workplace located in Kimhae-si B by means of a cresh without any person; (b) intruded into theme at the said workplace; and (c) stolen 10,000 won in total of the market price of the victim D owned by the victim; and (d) stolen 10,000 won in total from the trucking vehicle.

B. On August 25, 2018, around 04:50 around 04:50, the Defendant intruded into the horse at the place of port No. 1-A, where the Defendant was opened by the cresh without any person who was aware of theft, and then stolen two parts of the trucking vehicle, which had a total of 3 million won of the market value of the victim E, owned by the victim.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the F Poter's registration number plate and the F Poter's Poter's Poter's Poter's 1-b. The Defendant committed theft at the time, place, and place described in paragraph 1-b.
