On September 16, 2017, at around 15:12, the Defendant: (a) laid down the D bus operated by the victim C from the D bus operated by the victim C, which was in the seat adjacent to the driver’s seat; and (b) stolen the market price of Samsung Gal ju (S7 mobile phones), which was in the seat adjacent to the driver’s seat.
