When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, around 07:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s left chest with the hand floor by fasting the victim’s chest and breathing it on the ground that the victim C, a customer, was influencing the Defendant.
