Punishment of the crime

At around 19:20 on February 9, 2020, the Defendant asked the victim D (the age of 30) who caused the service to purchase transportation cards before the Information Center (I Center) located in the B subway C Station in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. However, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by informing the victim of the method of purchase of transportation cards on the ground that the victim was able to sit in the above Information Center and let the direction of the issuance of the one-time transportation cards in the hand, and caused the issuance of the one-time transportation cards from the one-time sales machine. However, the Defendant toldd the victim at the place where the users of the said subway E, the superior D of the victim, and the unspecified subway stations were located.”
