When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2014, at around 22:52, the Defendant driven a low-priced car volume for about five kilometers in front of the amendment tunnel charges located in the Busan Jung-dong, Jung-gu, Busan, under the influence of alcohol by 0.125% of blood alcohol level.
