Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime is the owner of a sexual traffic business establishment that is “F” at the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul E and the third floor, and Defendant B was the employee of the said business establishment.
From March 30, 2018 to April 5, 2018, the Defendants conspired to advertise the above Internet site "G", "H", and "I" at the above business establishment, and received 90,000 or 170,000 won from male customers who find the business establishment having reported the advertisement, and distributed some of them to the women of sexual traffic employed by them, and had them to have sexual traffic women, such as C and D do sexual traffic, with sexual intercourse with their customers.
2. Defendant C
A. On April 5, 2018, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph (1) around 17:00, engaged in sexual intercourse with the male guest J and sexual intercourse, who paid 90,000 won for sexual traffic to B.
