A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on August 27, 2009, was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,500,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 2,50,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court on November 5, 2010.

On October 18, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters alcohol concentration of 0.147% from the pre-road of the So-called So-called So-called So-called So-young-dong to the pre-road of the Gu-U.S. So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-called So-young-dong Office.
