A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven a gold market in front of the gold market located in the Gu-si, Si-si, Si-si, from approximately 1km to the front road of the Gyeongwon cafeteria cafeteria 514, under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.147% without a car driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.147% of alcohol content.
