1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 10% per annum from April 21, 2017 to April 20, 2018; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On April 21, 2017, the Plaintiff was obligated to pay to the Defendant the amount of KRW 100 million per annum on April 20, 2018, the interest rate of KRW 100 million per annum, and the overdue interest rate of KRW 25% per annum. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by deducting the loan amounting to KRW 100 million per annum from April 21, 2017 to April 20, 2018, KRW 10 per annum under the agreement, and KRW 24% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
