The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 3,768,116 won and 24% per annum from April 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100 million to the Defendant on April 6, 2018, setting the interest rate of 25% per annum, February 5, 2019 as of the date of principal repayment on February 5, 2019, and the date of principal payment on February 5, 2019, and the Defendant paid KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff on April 1, 2019, and April 3, 2019.

According to the facts found above, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 3,768,16 won (the amount of KRW 50 million from April 1, 2019 to April 1, 2019) at the rate of 24% per annum equivalent to the highest interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act for 361 days from April 6, 2018 to April 1, 2019, and the amount remaining after being appropriated for principal amount of KRW 73,736,986, and the amount remaining after being appropriated for principal amount of KRW 40 million from April 3, 2019 to KRW 73,736,96,986 at the rate of interest rate of KRW 24% per annum 96,933,955 won per annum from April 6, 2018 to April 1, 2019 to the late repayment interest rate of KRW 43,736,986,966 and interest rate of KRW 333383,955, per annum from 24.44.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
