Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against collective groups, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Sungwon District Court's Sung-nam branch on June 20, 2013, and the probation period becomes final and conclusive on June 28, 201

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 14:06 on December 26, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 300,000 from the bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of Korea bank in the name of the seller of the psychotropic drug at the location of the new university of the new bank located in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, 2685 (hereinafter referred to as “clophone”) C with a psychotropic drug, at the bank account (Account Number: E) around 15:0 on the same day, the Defendant deposited KRW 300,000 of the clophone into the bank account in the name of Korea used by the seller of the psychotropic drugs at the location of the new university of the new bank located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 2685 (hereinafter referred to as “clophone”), and around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold the clophone in total with approximately 0.3 g., a document envelope sent from the above C through an article of Kwinam-si.

At around 02:00 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant administered 1.6 g of philophones in a manner of drinking out approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the Defendant’s residence, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as the administration of philophones by means of drinking in water, etc., as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from December 27, 2013 to March 6, 2014.
