Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2012, the Defendant offered a proposal to offer KRW 3 million for a disguised marriage with Vietnam women from a disguised marriage hub B, which was known through job offer advertisements around October 2012, the Defendant was willing to make a false report of marriage on the condition that he would receive KRW 3 million, even though he did not intend to marry with Vietnam’s nationality C.

To this end, the Defendant served documents, such as seals, seal impressions, family relation certificates, credit information data, criminal records, etc., on three and four days around October 14, 2012, and three and four days around November 4, 2018 of the same year, left Vietnam for two times on two occasions, and conducted procedures necessary for reporting the marriage at the local level C, such as pictures of marriage and interview, and then C received all documents related to the marriage status verification, readings, birth certificates, national certificates, etc. issued by the Korean mission in Vietnam, and submitted them to the public official in charge of the above public official in charge of the family relation registration under the name of the former public official in charge of the family relation registration, who was unable to know the fact, as stated in the above public official’s report.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made the public official enter false facts in the family relations computer system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, he stored and operated the above contents entered in the family relations computer system.
