A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics, shall not trade, deliver, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”), and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. 필로폰 매매 피고인은 2020. 2. 17.경부터 2020. 2. 21.경 사이 03:00경 불상지에서 채팅 어플리케이션 즐톡을 통해 연락한 성명불상의 마약판매자로부터 필로폰을 구입하기로 하고 위 판매자가 지정한 광명시 하안동 우체국 사거리 인근 상호불상의 모텔 주차장에 마약대금 70만 원을 숨겨두고 위 판매자가 그곳에 숨겨둔 필로폰 약 1g을 찾아가 매매하였다.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 04:00 on the same day as the statement in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant injected DMW C parking lots adjacent to Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with approximately 0.2 g of philopon in the injection machine within DMW 320d vehicles, and injected to his left arms by dilution with aquatic water.

B. From February 19, 2020 to February 21, 2020, the Defendant injected in one’s left arms after inserting approximately 0.2g of oponon in the injection machine, which was parked in the place indicated in the preceding port from February 19, 2020 to February 21, 2020, and dilution with raw water.

C. At around 18:00 on April 15, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.2g of philopon into the E-Moel F in the son Kim Jong-si, and injected it into his left arms by dilution with raw water.

3. On April 15, 2020, at around 22:09, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.42 g of philophones, which were contained in the Defendant’s small plastic case on the front of H located in Manan-gu G in Manan-si, Maan-si.
