1. The Defendant’s interest rate of KRW 30,824,716 and KRW 26,365,60 among the Plaintiff shall be from August 13, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant on December 8, 1990, and the defendant's unpaid amount and the overdue interest rate applied as of August 12, 2015 are acknowledged as follows.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 23.5% per annum with the overdue interest rate of 24.5% per annum from August 13, 2015 to the date of full payment, and 2,857,800 won per annum with the agreed interest rate of 30,824,716 won per annum from August 13, 2015 to the date of full payment, and with the interest rate of 23.5% per annum from August 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Thus, the claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
