Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated the name “D”, “E”, “E”, and “D’s name and joint signature” in the joint guarantor column of the LLS loan guarantee contract (credit self-guarantee contract) at the G mobile phone agency (U.S.) parking lot located in Suwon-gu, Daegu, Daegu, as of May 29, 2015; and (b) stated “D” in the column of the joint guarantor column of the KON-gu, Daegu, Daegu, the Defendant signed on the said document; (c) stated “D”, “E”, “date of birth,” and the name and joint signature in the column of the guarantor column of the KON-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu, the name and joint guarantor column of the loan guarantee contract (credit self-guarantee); and (d) stated “D” as “D’s name and joint signature in the name and joint signature in the column of the guarantor column of the loan guarantee contract (credit guarantee contract).
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, each of the above D's private documents related to rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a total of three documents, including one of the above D's LL lending guarantee contracts, one of the Nexmans loan guarantee contracts, one of the loan guarantee contracts, and one of the Eths loan guarantee contracts for Eths loan guarantee contracts.
2. The defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), deliver three copies of the loan guarantee agreement in the name of D forged as mentioned above to the employee of the lending broker, who is aware of the forgery, and the above employee is not aware of the forgery. A copy of the loan guarantee agreement in the above D's loan guarantee agreement in the above D's name, L Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha L L Ha Ha Ha Ha Ba.
A loan guarantee contract under the above D's name to KON-based employees who are not aware of the forgery, and one copy of the loan guarantee contract under the above D's name to KON-based employees, and one copy of the loan guarantee contract under the above D's name to E's employees who are not aware of the forgery.
