Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 9, 2012, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Incheon District Court on February 9, 2012 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 26
Where basic personal information, such as address, actual place of residence, location of workplace, and the registration number of a vehicle owned, is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the competent police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile
Nevertheless, on July 1, 2017, the Defendant joined B and changed the workplace to Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul 2nd floor. Around July 3, 2017, the registration number of the vehicle owned by the Defendant was changed by registering the DNA bargaining vehicle under the name of the Defendant, but the changed information was not submitted within 20 days without justifiable grounds.
