Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the defendants are above one year from the date when this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:52 on March 24, 2015, the Defendants discovered a bank owned by the victim, which is located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, from the F main point of the operation of the victim E, and left the bank out of the above main point, and 30,000 won in cash entered in the above bank.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the cash amount of KRW 300,000 owned by the victim.
