A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 11:56 March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a "test color attached to the SD" 1st floor B located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) in order for the victim E to bring food to the victim; (c) with a 300,000 won test MCM wall in the victim’s name; and (d) with a "test color attached to the market value of KRW 300,000,000,000 in cash."

B. On April 22, 2017, at the same place around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) taken a brush of the brush in order to bring about food to the victim B at the same place; (b) taken the handbag of the brush of the brush; and (c) taken the brush of cultural merchandise coupons 30,000 won; and (d) taken one lock of the market price of the victim’s possession of approximately KRW 2

The shopping bags prepared in advance were stolen.

2. On March 25, 2017, at the same place as on March 25, 2017, the criminal defendant: (a) the fact is false to the person taking part in his/her name in taking part in his/her right of food, despite the fact that he/she is not a married guest; and (b) the person taking part in his/her name in his/her right of food is issued one copy of the food right equivalent to KRW 35,00 at the market price from the person who suffers damage to his/her name; and (c) around April 12:0, 2017; and (d) April 22, 2017, the criminal defendant was issued one food right equivalent to KRW 35,000 at each market price as if he/she were the guest by the above method at each of the same places.
