The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (one million won of fine) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the Defendant made a confession and reflect on the instant crime, the act of arranging sexual traffic does not have a significant social hazard, such as harming the sound sexual culture and good morals by commercializing the female sex, and the act of arranging sexual traffic is in need of a simple and strict punishment as to the owner of the business that operates illegal sexual traffic establishments even in order to prevent the spread of the illegal sexual traffic establishments and to establish a sound sexual culture, and it is difficult to find any particular situation, such as continuing the business of arranging sexual traffic at the same place even after it was controlled by the instant crime, such as regulating the sexual traffic in the same place on January 22, 2014, and taking full account of other various sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments, such as the Defendant’s age, happiness, family environment, and circumstances before and after the commission of the instant crime, the sentence against the Defendant is too unreasonable.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
