1. On September 11, 2014, the Defendant’s disclosure of the information part disclosure that was made to the Plaintiff to the public with respect to “Bave Education Video” during the disposition.

On August 28, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a request with the Defendant for the disclosure of information on “a copy of all educational materials, such as the General Public, Students Love Education Manual, Video, SPT, etc., in the possession of the Ministry of National Defense.”

On September 11, 2014, the Defendant issued a disposition to disclose the following information part to the Plaintiff:

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant Disposition”)’s refusal to disclose the “Eved Educational Videos” among the instant Disposition. 1. Details of disclosure

(a) The education manual for patriotism: No one;

(b) Draft of education for patriotism: Attachment (hereinafter referred to as “instant draft”).

2. Contents of and reasons for non-disclosure;

(a) Contents not disclosed: Love educational video (hereinafter “instant video”);

B. Grounds: The video of this case is produced to educate soldiers of the suspicion of North Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's human rights status, and if disclosed, it would prejudice our national interest by creating the Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea's Republic of Korea-U.S. military tension. Thus, there is no dispute about the determination of non-disclosure pursuant to Article 9 (1) 2 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter "Information Disclosure Act").
