A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months and suspension of qualifications for the defendant.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. All of the facts are the Defendant who graduated from the Korean Department of C University on February 24, 1995, and served as a researcher in D from June 1997, and was admitted as a member of E around February 2009.
