B did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication in the grounds for appeal.

2. Defendant C’s grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below is just in finding Defendant C guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the criminal or political funds in violation of the Political Funds Act

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
