The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. shall distribute information with a content that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network to reach other persons repeatedly in the form of code, words, sound, image, or picture;

From the end of February 2018 to June 19, 2018, the Defendant belonged to the victim C (the age of 22) as “a maintenance company of the 30-year-old aircraft residing in Seoul” (the age of 22) and was in alliance with the victim.

The defendant had the victim write off a statement on the Internet website, etc., had the victim have a sexual intercourse with another man who comes from contact, had the victim photograph the video, and had the victim keep it in custody after transmission.

On July 1, 2018, at a place where a location is unknown, the Defendant sent a text message, “The Defendant committed suicide on account of the Defendant’s will” on the ground that the said victim was in contact with the Defendant’s will, and the completion was carried out as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s front E, and the Defendant’s act was “the Defendant committed suicide on account of the Defendant’s will,” and it is not hot. The Defendant’s answer to the effect that “The Defendant committed suicide on account of the Defendant.” The Defendant would not directly talk with the Defendant (the victim) in a thickness and talk with his parents so that he would have a separate contact between the Defendant and her parents by sending it to the victim from that time until July 27, 2018.”

As a result, the Defendant repeatedly sent sign, words, sound, image, or image that arouses fear or apprehension through information and communications network to another person.

2. Any person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (violation of information and communications networks) shall do so without access authority.
