Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

[209 High Court Decision 2493] The Defendant is in the “C” located in Sungnam-si A around 14:30 on November 27, 2008, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si:
