Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Incheon District Court on April 4, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence.

On May 19, 2013, at around 13:05, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on May 19, 2013, driven C Poter cargo at approximately 2 km from the front side of the oil station at the ebbbbbbbbb, the water zone, to the front side of the Energy Management Corporation located in the Gicheon-do, Young-si.
