1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount corresponding to each of the corresponding amounts and each of the above amounts stated in the attached Table 1.

A. 1) The defendant is a company operating passenger transportation services, etc. 2) The plaintiffs (excluding plaintiffs Z, AA) and NN are those who worked as bus drivers at the defendant company, and the plaintiffs A, B, and E have served in the defendant company until now, and the rest of the plaintiffs (excluding plaintiffs Z, AA) and NN retired from the defendant company on the corresponding date stated in the "date of retirement" in the attached Table 1.

Drivers belonging to the defendant are classified into general drivers A, B, training technicians, entrusted driving technicians, and car driving technicians, and there are differences in the amount of wages by class.

Among the defendant's employment rules, the contents related to the plaintiffs' claims are as follows.

2. Working hours: Work hours from the time to the time of leaving work, and excluding recess hours;

(The number of monthly working days shall be 19 days full-time, and allowances shall be paid 20,000 won).

3. The following wages shall be paid on the 12th day of each month (in calculation of the number of working days), including basic pay, legal allowances, other allowances, food expenses, etc.:

(L) Wages: 1,959,900 won per month, and as of 19 days (day 91,390 won per day) bonuses shall be paid (time in full) monthly wage of 425,000 won per quarter only for those who have served for at least one year (day 91,390 won per year). Retirement allowances shall be paid monthly average wages for one year of continuous employment, and shall be accumulated in banks in monthly installments (applicable from November 207 to retirement pension): Provided, That retirement allowances shall be paid to those who have served for less than one year.
