Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

A is a person who operates a “G” game room on the first floor of the F building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a “bast president” as if he were unemployed if he were to receive KRW 1,500,000 per month from the above A and control it.

A은 2013. 2. 9.경부터 2013. 2. 11.경까지 위 게임장에서, 등급분류를 받은 것과 달리 당첨 전 축하 에니메이션이 나오도록 예시기능이 추가된 사행성 전자식 유기기구인 마담포커(등급분류번호 CC-NA-120615-002) 게임기 55대를 설치하고, 종업원 H 등을 종업원으로 고용한 후, 그 곳을 찾는 손님들로 하여금 위 게임기에 돈을 투입하고 게임자동진행장치(속칭 ‘똑딱이’)를 이용하여 게임을 진행하게 하여 고래, 상어 등이 출연하면 정해진 점수를 획득하게 한 후 1장당 1만 원 상당의 ‘이용권’을 획득한 점수에 따라 발급해 주었다.
