A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a person who operates a non-registered credit service center without a trade name in heading 205, through Tong Young-si, used the fact that the victim D (n, 36 years of age) could not resist the Defendant or report to an investigation agency due to his or her high debt, and committed habitually indecent act against the victim on ten occasions during the period from August 2012 to January 12, 2014 as follows.

7. On March 2013, the Defendant committed a crime on or around March 2013, at around 13:00, first on the left side of the “H speech” located in G in Young-si.
