A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving in the amount of K5 cars.

On September 27, 2019, the Defendant, after drinking alcohol on September 23:43, 2019, parked the said vehicle at the middle of the road while driving the said vehicle at a distance of about 30 to 40 meters, while driving the said vehicle at a distance of about 30 to 30 meters from the above place to the front day of “F” in E at the time of training.

On September 28, 2019, at around 00:47, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that “F will drive a vehicle on the front of the main point of “F” and received a request from the Defendant to “F,” and thus did not comply with a police officer’s demand for a measurement of alcohol without justifiable grounds, by refusing to comply with the demand of a police officer for a measurement of alcohol without justifiable grounds, on the ground that the Defendant was found to have driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking alcohol and drinking on the face of the police station G District of the Jinjin-gu Police Station, which was called by 112, as a result of a measurement of alcohol reduction by a police officer and a police officer I.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
