1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Network I had AJ, E, and Dog K, and the Network J had Defendant D, E, and F, and the Network K had A, Defendant G, and network M.
B. At the time of Gwangju City, six persons, including Defendant D, E, F and L, Defendant G, and network M, own 1/6 shares, and Defendant H acquired the said 1/6 shares of the deceased M as a result of an agreement division among their heirs on July 2, 201, and L donated the said 1/6 shares of the deceased M on March 12, 201 to the Plaintiff, who was a grandchild on March 12, 201.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff and the Defendants shared 1/6 shares of forest land before the instant partition.
C. The Defendants demanded a partition of co-owned property as to the forest land before the instant partition to the Plaintiff, but did not comply with the Plaintiff, and filed a lawsuit seeking partition of co-owned property with this court 2013Gahap32852.
Accordingly, on September 26, 2014, this Court sentenced the following judgment (hereinafter “instant judgment”). The Plaintiff’s appeal and final appeal were all dismissed, and the said judgment became final and conclusive.

Among the 41,851 square meters of N-si in Gwangju-si, the portion 1,493 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the attached table 1 through 16, 55, 50 through 54, and 1, the part 26,408 square meters in the “1” portion and the part 55 through 63, 40 through 50, and 55 of the same map, which connected each point of the 6,975 square meters in sequence, are divided into the parts 6,975 square meters in the ship and 32 through 39, 63, 62, 62, 61, 61, 60, 59, 58, 57, 56, and 32 square meters in the same map, and the part 1,493 square meters in the ship connected each point of which are jointly owned by each of the plaintiffs, and the part 16 through 32,56,55, and 16 square meters in order.
(2) The defendant shall pay to each of the plaintiffs 36,52,66 won with 5% interest per annum from the day following the day this judgment became final and conclusive to the day of complete payment.
