1. Of the amount of 847 square meters in the voice-gun of Chungcheongbuk-gun, the Plaintiff:

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as a result of the commission of appraisal to the head of the voice office of the Korea Land and Information Corporation (hereinafter “instant land”) as to the cause of the claim, the portion of the instant land is owned by the Plaintiff. On the instant land, each of the items indicated in the attached Table 1, 2, 6, 7, 30, 1 connected to the (A) part of the multi-story building (29, 31, 32, 28, 29 in sequence, 36, 37, 46, 47, 47, 47, 47, 47, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 57, 47, 57, 3536, 37, 336, 44, 5, and 54.

Therefore, the Defendants owned and used the instant land owned by the Plaintiff by owning each of the above buildings, so long as the Defendants failed to prove the title of possession of the instant land, the Defendants are obligated to remove the building owned by them to the Plaintiff and deliver the instant land to the Plaintiff.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
