A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 11, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter, “I will sell Aphones” on the Internet website’s “F,” and acquired money from the victim I via the company bank account (Account Number: J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, even though I did not intend or have the intent to sell Aphones.

At around 07:32, December 29, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter to the “EPC” room located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, stating that he did not intend or have the intent to sell the back, and that he sold the “F” Kabbbb on the Internet website’s “F” camera, and that in this context, he received KRW 70,000 from the victim C to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant used on the same day as the price for the goods, and received KRW 6,40,000 from around that time to January 15, 2013 as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

On January 8, 2013, the Defendant, at the EPC located in Seongbuk-gu, Manam-si, the Sinnam-si, and the fact did not intend or have the intention or ability to sell the street, posted a letter on the Internet website’s “F” camera bulletin, and then, the Defendant, as the price for the goods, wired KRW 100,000 from the victim M to the Agricultural Cooperative (N) account in the name of the Defendant’s living in the same day on the same day.
