A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Young-gu branch of the Chuncheon District Court on August 21, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon prison on April 20, 2009.

On February 11, 2010, the Defendant received 330,000 won from the victim's account under the name of the Defendant, such as receiving text messages to receive 330,000 won of the goods from the victim, and received 1,742,00 won from April 19, 2010, in total by 15 times in the same manner as shown in the attached Table 1 of the crime day list, even though the Defendant did not intend to sell train diskettes even though he did not have any intent or ability to sell the train diskettes.

2015 Go-Ma116, the Defendant, by communicating the victims with the Internet bulletin board to the effect that goods are purchased, by deceiving them to sell goods by means of false communication, and by receiving the amount of goods from the account under the name of the Defendant, or by depositing the amount of goods to E, F, etc., the operator of the Maurel who had been staying at that time, discovered the account number he/she used, and then let the victims remit the amount of the goods to the above account, and received the money from the Maur operator after deducting the expenses from the Maur.

On February 17, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 17, 2010, in a single PC located in the name of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) notwithstanding the lack of intent or ability to send the KTX free exchange ticket even after receiving the price, the Defendant, using a mobile phone from the victim G, stating that “I will purchase the KTX free exchange ticket” on the Internet website N. N.V. bulletin, “I will purchase the KTX free exchange ticket.”
