Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2007, the Defendant is a Vietnam who is staying in the Republic of Korea as a national spouse (F-5-2) by marriage with a Korean national around July 25, 2007.

1. On July 2017, the Defendant was indicted on May 30, 201, Vietnam, on the charge of forging private documents and uttering of a falsified private document, and is currently pending trial at the Gwangju District Court.

The purpose of this C is to read an advertisement published to the effect that “I would make it possible to obtain a Korean driver’s license and exchange it with a Korean driver’s license,” and to purchase a Vietnam driver’s license without legitimate acquisition through the above B, and to exchange it with a Korean driver’s license through this.

Accordingly, the Defendant requested the production of Vietnam driver's license under the name of the Defendant, which is necessary for the exchange with the Korean driver's license, and the above B transmitted necessary documents, such as a foreigner registration certificate, passport, verification photograph, etc. from the Defendant, to Vietnam through D located in Vietnam. Using this, the above E forged a fake driver's license (F) on the part of the Defendant, and then sent it to the Defendant through the above D through the use of the forged vehicle in the name of the Vietnam traffic station. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant submitted the forged driver's license to the public service center of the Daejeon driver's license examination center of the Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon-ro 160-ro 90 (Special Dong Dong-dong), which was sent to an employee in charge of the issuance of a foreign driver's license, as shown above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, D, and E, forged and exercised one driver's license in the name of the Vietnam Transport Bureau, for the purpose of uttering.

2. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant issued a driver’s license to the public service center at the Daejeon driver’s license test site as stipulated in paragraph (1).
