Punishment of the crime

No person shall take photographs of another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or other similar mechanism, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

On March 26, 2018, at around 17:13, the Defendant, at the front of the bus stops located in Seojin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area C, made it possible to put a cell phone into the shopping bags for drilling, and made it possible to take a string out of the bus stops, and recorded a number of unspecified female students booms who sit in front of the bus stops.

On March 27, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 17:03, the Defendant taken a photograph of a large number of unspecified female students who sit in front of the bus stop in the same manner as before the bus stop.

On March 28, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 16:59, the Defendant taken a photograph of a large number of unspecified female students who sit in front of the bus stop in the same manner as before the bus stop.

On March 29, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 16:56, the Defendant taken a photograph of a large number of unspecified female students who sit in front of the bus stop in the same way as in front of the bus stop.

On March 30, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 17:00, the Defendant taken a photograph of a large number of unspecified female students who sit in front of the bus stop in the same manner as before the bus stop.

On April 2, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 16:49, the Defendant taken a photograph of a large number of unspecified female students’ booms, which came into being by putting in front of the bus stop in the same way as in the same manner.

On April 3, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 17:09, the Defendant taken photographs of the parts of the victim D (16 years old, female, 16 years old, 16 years old, 10 years old, 17 years old, 201 at front of the bus stop in the same manner.
