A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was driving a DNA-type car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.172% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the 1km section from the 1km apartment road near Jeju-ro 6-ro, Jeju-do, to the roads near Jeju-si; (b) on April 15, 2017, the Defendant was driving a DNA-type car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.172% in alcohol level.

2. On April 15, 2017, at around 05:31, 205:31, the Defendant: (a) taken a drinking test to the Defendant on the road near the Jeju-si Police Station E District on the road; (b) informed him/her of the name and resident registration number of G as if he/she was his/her relative G; (c) notified him/her of the name and resident registration number of G as if he/she was his/her relative G; (d) made a statement on the circumstances of the driver in charge of the State and the notification of the result of the influence on drinking driving; and (e) affixed his/her signature to each driver’s signature column of the notice on the result of the influence on drinking; and (e) issued his/her signature to the said F

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the G’s signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
