Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 20, 1993, the Plaintiff purchased the Seoul Mapo-gu K site and building in KRW 200 million from the JJ, and upon the death of the J, filed a lawsuit against L, which is an administrator of inherited property, to register the ownership transfer under the name of the Plaintiff on July 15, 1994 by filing a favorable judgment against the Seoul Western District Court 94Gahap5779, and completed the registration of ownership transfer against L, which is an administrator of inherited property.

B. On September 15, 2004, the above site and the Plaintiff additionally purchased were merged into Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M&.
